General Rules
1.1 Nature of the Agreement

2.3 Account Verification
4uvize may conduct account verification at any time, particularly before large withdrawals. Verification may require a National ID (NID), mobile banking details, or other official documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Account Management
3.1 Login Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your 4uvize account password and login details confidential. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Responsibility
All activity carried out through your account is considered your own responsibility, unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorized access and we have confirmed it. 4uvize will never ask for your password by phone or email.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your 4uvize account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, buying, transferring, or handing over your account to a third party by any means is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be terminated.
Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Rules
- You may only use a payment method registered in your own name
- Deposits from accounts registered to a third party are strictly prohibited
- All deposit details must be provided accurately; 4uvize will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information
- Suspicious deposit transactions may be held for verification
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- Account verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed
- Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for the deposit
- Bonus funds require the specified wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal

Note: All withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to technical issues with the banking system.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit at 4uvize, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, letting you start with ৳2,500 in total. Or depositing ৳8,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳13,000.
To withdraw this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must complete bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, detailed on the relevant promotion page
- You may not be able to claim a new bonus before fully using a bonus received from a previous offer
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 4uvize reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is a serious violation
- Bonuses have a limited validity period — unused bonuses will be automatically removed after expiry
- 4uvize reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time
5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits
4uvize's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. You can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular and active participation.

Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules of Play
All games on the 4uvize platform are operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi). Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which you should review in the game information section before starting to play.
6.2 Technical Issues
- 4uvize will not be held responsible if your internet connection is lost during gameplay
- If a bet is cancelled due to a technical fault on the game server, the relevant funds will be refunded
- Winnings displayed due to faulty software may not be valid, and in such cases 4uvize reserves the right to make a final decision
- Server logs will always be considered the definitive record
6.3 Bet Limits
Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. When playing with bonus funds, a separate maximum bet limit per game may apply. Winnings from bets that exceed this limit may be voided.
6.4 Betting Rules
Separate rules apply to each event in the sports betting section (particularly cricket betting). If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and funds will be returned. Special rules may also apply to partial results depending on the circumstances.

4uvize may unilaterally close or suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Serious violation of these terms and conditions

- Registration with false information

- Impersonating a minor
11.3 Actions Following Closure
If an account is closed at 4uvize's initiative, any valid real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the relevant process. In cases of fraud, all funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
Changes and Updates
12.1 Right to Change Terms

12.2 Effective Date of Changes
